How information is used
Information is used to operate the service: producing driver logs, calculating remaining drive, shift and cycle time, showing vehicle location to your fleet, delivering messages and providing support.
Sharing
Driver information is available to the fleet account the driver is assigned to. We do not sell personal information. Service providers who help operate the platform are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Log and Hours-of-Service records are retained for as long as your account requires them for recordkeeping, and then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@rigvella.com. Some records may need to be retained where recordkeeping obligations apply.
