Subscription and billing
The RIGVELLA Driver Plan is billed at $25 per driver per month. There are no setup fees and no per-vehicle charges. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
Acceptable use
Accounts must be used by the assigned driver or fleet personnel. Do not share credentials, attempt to falsify duty records, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Compliance responsibility
RIGVELLA provides tools that help record and present duty status and Hours-of-Service information. Responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the motor carrier and driver. RIGVELLA makes no claim of FMCSA certification or approval on this site.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and provide support with every seat, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
